Meet Dr. Phyllis Bochman

Phyllis Bochman, Ed.D., is an experienced educator and administrator specializing in organizational leadership and early childhood education. Dr. Bochman has extensive experience in college teaching, having served as faculty and adjunct at Miami Dade College and the University of Miami, where she designed and taught various undergraduate and graduate courses, including virtual classes. Her expertise in social-emotional development is evident through her curriculum design and mentorship roles, particularly in facilitating social development and behavior management in early childhood settings.

Dr. Bochman has also held significant administrative roles at early childhood centers in both Miami and Orlando, including her role as executive director at the University of Miami Canterbury Preschool for eight years, demonstrating her skills in curriculum development, staff management, and community engagement. She has actively contributed to the field through participation in professional organizations and advisory boards, furthering the advancement of early childhood education.
